Every vacation usually offers opportunities to upgrade your vacation. I have been asked recently if there were any upgrades I thought were worth the value for the services you receive.

At a resort, upgrading to an oceanfront room or a suite gives you more space to relax and a view you’ll actually remember. On a cruise, moving up to a balcony cabin or suite adds natural light and your own private spot to unwind between activities. These upgrades aren’t just about luxury—they’re about comfort, convenience, and having a space that feels like your own little retreat after a full day of exploring.
This is probably my favorite reason, sometimes the best reason to splurge on an upgrade is simply because you want to. It’s your vacation—you’ve planned it, saved for it, so it’s okay to say "yes" and splurge on your self. It can be a special excursion like, a cabana for the day, or specialty dining at an upscale venue. The best reason to splurge is simply this is your vacation, enjoy it!
